Key Responsibilities
1. Achieving Sales Turnover:
- Meet and exceed segment-wise budgets on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth within the assigned territory ( Delhi, Punjab, HP, J&K, Rajasthan).
- Analyze previous sales performances and strategize for continual growth.
2. Transporter onboarding & Revenue Generation:
- Onboarding Indian transporters to expand the network for multiple products
- Create demand and drive revenue generation
3. Brand Building Activities:
- Plan, coordinate, and implement brand-building initiatives.
- Organize and oversee events such as, fleet owner meetups, dealer and sub-dealer meetings, and visual merchandising activities.
4. Business Development & Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead generations and service providing to Fleet companies
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in B.Tech or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, marketing, and channel sales.
- Preferred experience in Fleet/Automotive domains.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in IT tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle uncertainty proactively.
