Shipping and Service Delivery Policy
1. Service Delivery
Taisys delivers all services digitally via our platform, directly to the user’s account.
A service is considered successfully delivered when:
- A confirmation is generated upon completion of payment, or
- The service is activated or initiated from our end.
2. Delivery Timeframe
- Most services are processed and delivered within 4 hours of successful payment.
- For certain service types, or under specific circumstances, delivery may take up to 24 to 48 hours.
- In cases requiring additional verification or manual intervention, timelines may be extended, and the user will be informed accordingly.
3. Delivery Confirmation
- Upon successful processing of a service request, users will receive a confirmation message on-screen and/or via email.
- If confirmation is not received within the specified timeframe, customers are advised to check their spam/junk folders or contact our support team.
