Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Product/Services

Taisys provides subscription-based services that can be availed upon successful payment and submission of a service request.

The Payment Gateway service is made available to you solely to facilitate your purchase of Taisys' subscription services, including SIM renewals, platform fee and related applications. Taisys does not make any representations, whether express or implied, regarding the operation or performance of the Payment Gateway.

2. Service Request and Payment

Payments can be made through our secure payment gateway. Order will only be processed upon successful payment confirmation following by receipt containing the payment details.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Definition of Refund

A refund refers to the return of funds to the customer’s original payment method due to a failed or incomplete transaction, system error, or other exceptional circumstances where the service request was not placed as intended.

3.2 General Policy

Taisys offers subscription-based and digital services, which are typically non-refundable once successfully processed and delivered. However, under specific and limited conditions, a refund may be issued.

3.3 Eligible Conditions for Refund

Refunds are only applicable under the following condition:

  • Technical Failure: The payment was successfully processed, but due to a system or technical error, the service request was not generated or recorded.
  • Duplicate Transactions: A duplicate payment was made for the same service due to a technical issue or processing error.
  • Unfulfilled Services: The service was not rendered or activated within a reasonable time due to an error on Taisys’ part.

In such cases, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction with payment proof.

3.4 Non-Refundable Conditions:

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The service was successfully delivered, activated, or fulfilled.
  • The customer requests a refund due to a change of mind or after successful service delivery.
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer during service request submission (e.g., wrong SIM number or user details).

3.5 Refund Request Procedure:

To request a refund, customers must:

  1. Contact our support team at contact@taisys.in within 8 hours of the transaction.
  2. Provide the following details:
    • Full name and registered email
    • Transaction ID and payment confirmation
    • Date and time of transaction
    • A brief description of the issue or reason for refund request
    • Type of service
  3. The support team will verify the transaction and assess the request based on the above conditions.

3.6 Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days and credited back to the original payment method.

3.7 Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that payment details, service selections, and account information are accurate at the time of purchase. Taisys will not be liable for refunds resulting from incorrect user input or misuse of services.

3.8 Dispute Resolution:

In case of disputes regarding refund eligibility, the decision of Taisys will be final. Customers are encouraged to retain all payment confirmations and correspondence for reference.

4 Cancellation Policy

4.1 Definition of Cancellation

Cancellation refers to the act of terminating a service request or subscription before the service has been fulfilled, delivered, or activated.

In the context of Taisys, this includes any request by the customer to revoke a submitted order for services such as SIM renewals, platform access, or other subscription-based offerings.

4.2 General Policy

Once a service request has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed, the order is considered final. Due to the nature of digital and subscription-based services, cancellations are not permitted once the order has entered processing or the service has been activated.

As a general rule, buyer is not entitled to cancel the order once placed.

4.3 Customer Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the customer to review service details, pricing, and applicable terms before completing a transaction. Taisys recommends verifying all information carefully prior to finalizing the service request.

4.4 Policy Update

Taisys India reserves the right to amend or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically for any changes.
